Returns and order issues

Many JNP items are personalized or made to order. Because of that, return and refund decisions depend on the condition of the order and the specific issue being reported.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email julie@jnpcreations.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when relevant.

Please do not send anything back until JNP confirms the next step. Personalized details that match the information provided at checkout or design approval may not be eligible for remake or refund.

Non-personalized item issues and other order questions are reviewed case by case through direct customer support.
